Amy was the listing agent we chose to sell our South San Francisco condo. Overall, our experience with her was stellar. She is extremely knowledgeable about our market - we learned so much from her. She's very personable and easy to work with. She's also detail oriented and thorough. She will bring up questions that make you think critically about your decisions, which is essential to home selling and buying. As first time home sellers, she patiently walked us through the entire process and thoroughly explained all options so that we could make the best decisions. This all resulted in us accepting a great offer and having a very smooth close. We absolutely recommend Amy to anyone interested.

Amy is extremely professional and very strategic when it comes to listing your home based on the market and homes around the area. She has an extraordinary vision and makes it easy for the seller to prep their home to get the best value when selling. Amy responds promptly and keeps the seller at ease by keeping them informed from beginning to end. She is empathetic, listens to sellers' feedback and has great advice. She will not settle until the seller is satisfied and makes transaction go as smooth as possible. Look forward to doing future business with her!

Amy did a great job of overseeing getting my property prepared for showing and of listing it in a way that really made it shine and I feel went a long way towards me getting the selling price I wanted. Amy was very helpful along the way and stayed in regular contact and consulted me before making any decisions regarding the sale. She was very pleasant to work with and took a great interest in my success as a seller.
